KEEPING COLORADO DRY WITH OVER
100 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE.
AAA Waterproofing became incorporated in 1979 and continued to grow and expand throughout Colorado. Jack and Mary Lou Rhine owned and operated AAA Waterproofing, Inc for over 40 years and built a tremendous name and reputation of being the leader in Colorado’s waterproofing industry. In July of 2017, AAA Waterproofing, Inc split into two new companies, allowing Jack and Mary Lou the opportunity to retire. AAA Mountain Waterproofing, LLC is owned and operated by Dawn Applegate who has been with AAA since 2007. Dawn has served in many different capacities over the years, including overseeing the operations of the western slope division as the Vice President from 2010 through the company transition in 2017. AAA Mountain Waterproofing, LLC retained all of our key staff members through the company transition, who collectively continue to provide the same high quality products and services that our customers have come to relay on.
AAA Mountain Waterproofing, LLC continues to provide our customers with high quality products, equipment and services throughout Colorado and the surrounding areas. We maintain an exceptional team of experienced and knowledgeable project managers, estimators, administrative staff, and field employees, which were retained by AAA Mountain Waterproofing, LLC following the company transition. Our key managers carry a combined total of more than 100 years of experience working in the waterproofing industry. There is no job too big or too small, that we can’t handle.
AAA Mountain Waterproofing, LLC is a full service waterproofing contractor, providing a wide variety of services on both residential and commercial projects to ensure buildings throughout Colorado stay dry. We work with general contractors, owners, waterproofing consultants, architects and engineers to ensure each project receives a high level of quality, professional workmanship and materials.
In addition to quality workmanship, safety is of extreme importance to our company. We ensure our field employees receive comprehensive and thorough training for fall protection, first aid and CPR, 10-hour OSHA, annual respirator fit testing, powder actuated tools, aerial and scissor lifts, forklift operation, hearing conservation and personal protective equipment, to name a few. Our goal is to bring every employee home to their families and loved ones, each and every day.
